We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the product you expected, just let us know through our online chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org (you can also just reply to any of the emails we have sent you) and we will get you a new one.

We will do all we can to cancel the order, however, if it has already been shipped, we ask that you receive the order then let us know what you would like to do with it - would you like a refund or would you like to keep it? This is because once it has shipped, we no longer have any ability to cancel the fulfilment.
Invisiwarm heats up very rapidly - within 10 seconds! As a safety feature it will turn off after a while of use, but you can just click the button to turn it on again
Invisiwarm has 3 different temperatures. Be sure to ALWAYS have clothing between Inivsiwarm and your skin. It will heat up to 45, 55 and 65 degrees - see the product site for more information.
Invisiwarm does not work without being connected to power. To be as thin as possible to pass under clothes, it needs to be connected to an external power bank, which can be kept in your pocket during use (or in the pocket provided connected to the belt).
There is no battery pack included in the standard version. You will need your own battery pack which can charge USB devices (USB, NOT the new USB-C).
It is possible to pay an extra 35 AUD to upgrade to the version which includes the battery however.
Our high-grade gel pads are designed to last for 30-50 uses. The longevity of the pads largely depends on how well they are maintained. Keeping your gel pads clean and dust-free will ensure they last longer.
The number of times you need to replace the pads therefore depends on how often you use it. The starter pack comes with 2 pads - if you only use it once to twice when on your period, it will last a year per pad. If you use it more often, you will need to replace the pads more frequently (you can purchase recharge pads from here: Gel replacement pad)
The Invisiwarm TENS takes only 2 hours to fully charge. Once charged, you can enjoy up to 20 hours of period pain relief in TENS mode. The device is equipped with a red indicator light that turns off when fully charged.
No, the Invisiwarm TENS does not require batteries. It has a built-in 500mAh battery that can be easily charged using the micro USB provided in the package. The device is completely wireless for ease of use.
The device has various indicator lights for different functions: Blue signifies power on, Green is for low heating mode, Yellow for mid heating mode, Red for high heating mode, and Blinking Blue indicates pulse therapy massage mode. When the device is charging, the indicator light is Red, and it turns off when the device is fully charged.
We recommend not using the device while it's charging. Although it only takes 2 hours to fully charge, using it while charging might affect the device's performance and longevity.

To maintain the integrity of the silk material, we recommend hand washing your sleep mask. Use lukewarm water and a mild, non-alkaline soap or baby shampoo. Gently swish the mask in the water, avoiding vigorous rubbing. Rinse well in cool water and gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry.

If your item is faulty or it does not provide you with the expected pain relief, contact us within within 15 days of receiving your item for a full refund or we will resend the item to you.
Depending on the product and reason, we may ask you to return it.
If there is an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us with a picture and we will sort it out.
Tracking is always available and you will receive your tracking number as soon as your item ships (sometimes before).
Your order will ship within 0-5 days. You should then receive it between 10-30 days usually, however, this can vary item to item. Note we do not often process orders on the weekends.
Local delivery will deliver the day you ordered or the day after (only available in Adelaide).
Express shipping is available (usually next day).
The shipping time varies for each item you purchase - if you mix items, they will not arrive together. This is because we source our products from different warehouses around the world in order to get the best quality product to you.
If you have not received your tracking number 5 days after ordering, or your order within 30 days of it being sent out, please send us an email or use our online chat.

Unfortunately we cannot ensure that you will not pay tax - if you end up having to pay tax, please contact us to let us know and we will try and help you with it. We are a small business and in many countries are under the tax limit therefore exempt from charging/paying sales tax. If you encounter issues however, please reach out to us!
So far no one has had to pay tax, but if you are shipping to a country not listed above, your local tax regulations may be different so you may end up having to pay tax (depending on your order value and local laws).
